TERMS

FEES: $475.00 per one-week session; $900.00 per two-week session; $10.00 supply fee per week
By signing the Camp Registration Form you are authorizing payments as well as agreeing to the terms below.

Deposit and Payment Info
Spring Camp: $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
Balance Due in full: March 1, 2008
Summer Camp: $100.00 non-refundable deposit, per session.
Balance Due in full: June 1, 2008
Winter Camp: $20.00 non-refundable deposit, per day.
Balance Due in full: December 1, 2008
*Deposits are non-refundable and must accompany registration form. Mailing a registration form and deposit does not guarantee a space in camp.
*Balances not paid in full by balance due dates are subject to a $40.00 late payment fee and may result in loss of space in camp.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
*Cancellations made prior to balance due date (3/1/08 for Spring Camp, 6/1/08 for Summer Camp) will result in refund of monies paid less non-refundable deposit.
*Cancellations made after balance due date will not be refunded.
*In the event of inclement weather, Elvenstar will offer daycare only.
Elvenstar reserves the right to substitute the riding portion of camp with other activities due to weather and/or safety issues.
