21 Mar Verdugo Hills March Fling

After a long rainy season we are finally able to get out to some shows and our Elvenstar competitors did a fabulous job at the Verdugo Hills March Fling!  Hansen Dam Horse Park in Lakeview Terrace was the location and it’s nice grass berms between the arenas made a lovely place to sit and watch the show. There are several hunter rings and one large jumper arena. With a national and local rating Elvenstar riders were able accrue points towards many different medal finals. Faith Yoon and Cantare – Reserve Champion “B” equitation 15-17, 2nd LAHJA “B” Rosewood medal

Hannah Gansert and Caresina – 2nd place in both the 1.15 and 1.20 jumpers

Angel Wang and Charlie – 2nd and 3rd in the AA hunters

Nikki Cambeiro and Patch – 1st in the 1.05 and 1.15 jumpers
